Response time
We aim to respond within 48 hours. Most enquiries are answered sooner, but please allow this window before following up — especially over weekends and UK public holidays.
For urgent account issues (for example, suspected unauthorised access), please include the word URGENT in your subject line so we can triage it quickly.

- The order reference, if your enquiry relates to a specific purchase or sale
- The listing ID or card name, if your enquiry relates to a specific listing
- A clear description of the issue and, for bugs, the steps to reproduce it
- Screenshots or screen recordings, where they would help illustrate the problem
